Hi everybody!

Thanks to everyone who has supported us with all the construction on Lewisville road. I wanted to personally apologize for the inconvenience it has caused. After having damaged 2 vehicles and having to deal with the ongoing problems with the construction crews removing my driveways, etc. we finally decided that enough was enough.

We are now located at 151 Millennium Blvd in the same building that Larry Electric is in. Larry seems like a great guy to deal with so heres hoping that the black cloud from Lewisville Road doesn't follow is.

The week of the 13th to the 18th we will be moving so it may be difficult to contact us. We will be open on Monday November 21st at the new location.

Greetings

After over 4 years at the 249 Lewisville Road location we have decided that we need to find a new location. The reasons are below, but rest assured we will continue to service existing and new customers.

We will be closing the Lewisville road location at the end of November.

Reasons for the move:

Construction

Since the construction started in early May we have averaged less that 4 people per week in the store. This is not enough to run a business from. The construction is expected to last until well into November. When customers try and go to a store and find it inconvenient to go there, they will find an alternative. When this happens, it is very difficult to get them to come back.

Landlord problems

Front door does not seal resulting in a $500 power bill to heat the space all winter. This is not acceptable, my home bill is less that $200.

My truck was buried under 10 feet of snow last winter. Repeated requests to remove the snow were ignored until a week before it melted. I lost the use of the truck from December until early April. This is not acceptable by any standard. Instead of an apology I was told I shouldn't park there overnight. It is interesting to note I was in the store when it was plowed in.

Water damages from their new roof leaking totaled $1000. They wasted my time preparing a letter and list of damages. Gave me the runaround for 5 months and gave me no compensation.

After a few years of getting nothing done for this page, I decided I needed to change the format to ensure that specials an other things can be posted without my direct involvement. Feel free to comment on any posts you see.
